If you cannot edit a user or a branch, the problem is that your user does not have administrative permissions to perform the operation. Your user is of the Salesperson type, and has limited actions.
The solution is simple. Contact the administrator user of your Mapaprop account so that they can modify what you are unable to do.
Remember that every Mapaprop account has an Administrator user: it is the user who originally registered the Mapaprop account
