Can I consume or export my properties via API or feed to my CRM or external system?

If you need to bring your account's published properties into a CRM, a bot, another website, or any external system, Mapaprop offers three ways to do it. All three read your account's live state: when you publish or unpublish a property, the change is reflected automatically, without you having to export anything by hand.

Choose the option based on who will handle the integration. If you have a developer, the Express API is the most complete; if the other system consumes feeds, use the XML feeds; and the sitemap already comes included with your website.

1. Express API — to feed your CRM or application

The Express API is your personal consumption API. It returns, in JSON format, your account's published properties with all their data: title, type, area, price, features, and the address (URL) of each listing. It is the ideal option when a developer wants to integrate your properties into a CRM, a custom app, or their own site.

Requirements:

Have a Mapaprop Pro+ or Business plan.
Activate your API Token from your account, in Settings > API Token.

The property listing is obtained from GET /api/action/express-v1/properties.

2. Feeds (XML) — the same format used by portals

If the system you want to feed consumes feeds, Mapaprop exposes your inventory in XML, the same type of feed used to publish on portals. It works for portals, aggregators, and platforms that want to add your up-to-date inventory.

3. Sitemap — included with your website

If you have a Mapaprop website, it publishes its own sitemap.xml with the addresses of your listings. It is a direct way for search engines and other systems to discover your published properties.

The automatic sending of incoming inquiries (leads) to an external CRM, for example through a webhook or a Zapier-type integration, is a different feature and is not covered in this article. If you are interested in that topic, please ask about it separately.
