When you unpublish a property, it can take up to a week to be unpublished from the related portals.
Each portal connected to Mapaprop has its own synchronization method. In general, the responsibility for getting your new property published, and also for unpublishing it, lies with the portal itself.
But it is Mapaprop who will intercede on your behalf for any claim.
To be able to resolve any issues, Mapaprop needs you to report a problem with precise details:
- Approximate date the property was unpublished
- Public link (URL) of the property on the associated portal
- Property code
This way, we'll be able to request technical support from the portal.
