When a property changes its status to Sold, Rented, Reserved, or Suspended, it immediately stops being available for publication in Publication, Real Estate Networks / MLS, and Featured properties of the Website.
This means it will be unpublished from all portals as if you had pressed the unpublish button or deleted the property.
It can only be published in the Website if you have an active one.
