I cannot publish on Zonaprop: "the real estate agency is not enabled or has been blocked"
Your Zonaprop account shows as connected in Mapaprop, but when you publish a property the portal rejects the listing with a message along the lines of:
"The listing will not be processed because the real estate agency NNNNNNNN is not enabled or has been blocked"
where NNNNNNNN is the number Zonaprop uses to identify your agency.
Reconnecting the account does not solve it. The connection is already working: the rejection comes from Zonaprop, over your commercial account.
Why it happens
Connecting and being authorized to publish are two different permissions in Zonaprop:

You can have the first one sorted out and not the second. It can also happen that the account is blocked due to a commercial matter between you and the portal (for example, the status of your subscription).
⚠️ Mapaprop cannot request that authorization on your behalf. It is a permission Zonaprop grants over your commercial account, in the relationship between you and the portal. We do not take part in that process.
How to solve it — the steps
- Write down the agency number shown in the error message.
- Verify that it is the account you want to use. If you have more than one Zonaprop account, a different one from the one with the active subscription may be connected. You can see the connected account in Mapaprop, in Settings > Zonaprop; if it is not the right one, reconnect with the correct account.
- Contact your Zonaprop account executive (or the portal's support) and hand them the exact error message, including the agency number.
- Ask them to enable that agency to publish listings through the integration / CRM, indicating that you publish from Mapaprop.
- When Zonaprop confirms the authorization, go back to the property and click Publish on the Zonaprop card.
There is no need to reconnect or disconnect anything (unless the connected account is not the right one): as soon as Zonaprop enables the agency, publishing works with the connection you already have.
