To cancel a service contracted with Mapaprop you must comply with certain rules established for the security of your Mapaprop account:

Service cancellation requests are only accepted through your Mapaprop account > Menu > Username > Manage Plan. There, active services are listed; click on the corresponding one and request the cancellation by following the steps
To cancel a service, your Mapaprop account must not have any outstanding debt. You must settle the debt in order to request the cancellation

Service cancellation requests are not accepted by email. Mapaprop cannot verify your identity. You can only request a cancellation by logging into your account > Menu > Username > Manage Plan
