Whether because you didn't complete the payment, because you abandoned the payment midway through the transaction, or because you generated a payment slip and didn't pay it, the charges won't be available to pay again; instead, they'll show as pending payment, and you can view them in the Pending Payments tab.
There are two different cases:
- Pending payment Sent (sent but not completed or abandoned): if you clicked the Pay with Mercadopago or Pay with Paypal button, and once on the payment provider's site you abandoned the payment attempt without completing it, this is the Pending payment Sent, not completed case. You can cancel this payment yourself 4 hours after the failed payment attempt, using a button that will appear during that time in the Pending Payments tab.
- Pending payment (completed via a payment slip at a payment counter, but not paid): if you generated a slip and didn't pay it, whether because it expired, because you lost it, because you didn't print it, etc. The payment remains in pending status. You can cancel it yourself from Pending Payments 7 days after the payment was issued.
In either case, you can cancel the payments, either after 4 hours (pending payment sent) or after 7 days (pending payment not paid).
If you need to try paying again, you can request the cancellation by reporting a problem from Pending Payments, providing the payment attempt date and amount.
