Edit Property
Overview
The Edit Property page lets you modify the details of an existing listing. Fill in all required fields marked with (*) to save the changes.
If the property is a Real Estate Development (Building / Project), the help shown is the specific "Edit Real Estate Development" help, with different restrictions (operation and type locked, additional Building block).
Form progress bar
At the top of the page you'll see a bar showing the percentage completed of the form. It helps you know how much is left to have a 100% complete listing. Properties with a complete listing get better treatment in search engines and portals.
Section 1: General Information
Required fields:

| Title | Minimum 20 characters. Recommended: include type + zone + differentiator |
| Operation | Sale, Rent, Short-term Rent, Exchange, Transfer, Share, Auction |
| Property type | House, Apartment, Land, PH, Store, Office, etc. |
| Street and No. | Minimum 5 characters |
| Postal Code | Minimum 4 characters |
| Country / State / Department | Required zones |
| Description | Minimum 20 characters. Marketing text visible on portals |
Optional fields:
- Between streets — location reference
- Town / City / Neighborhood — Zone 4 if it applies to the country
- External Website URL — link to another platform of your own (not Mapaprop)
Section 2: Measurements

| Parking type | Parking space, Covered parking, etc. (optional) |
| Number of parking spaces | Numbers only (optional) |
Section 3: Details (optional)
Sub-sections to enrich the listing:
- Suitable for mortgage / Suitable for professional use — boolean flags.
- Balcony type — running balcony, terrace, French balcony, etc.
- Dependencies and half-bathrooms — quantity if applicable.
- Orientation — N, S, E, W, NE, NW, SE, SW.
- Position — front, rear, side, interior, etc.
- Air conditioning — type (split, central, window).
- Heating — type (gas, electric, radiant floor, etc.).
- Water heater — type (gas heater, water heater tank, central, etc.).
- Features and tags — pool, grill, laundry room, garden, etc.
Section 4: Status and Publication
- Property condition: Brand new, Excellent, Very good, Good, Fair, To renovate.
- Operational status: Available, Sold, Reserved, Rented, Suspended. Managed from the "Close Operation" modal in the listing's toolbar (not from this form).
What you DON'T edit here
From Edit Property you modify the general data. To manage other aspects, go back to the property listing and use the specialized panels:

Save changes
Click Save and Continue at the bottom of the form. Validation runs automatically:
- If there are errors, they're shown in red below each field.
- If everything is OK, the changes are saved and you return to the listing.
- Changes are reflected immediately in active listings on portals (Zonaprop, MercadoLibre).
Top toolbar actions
