Mapaprop lets you manage a physical stock of street advertising signs, placed at the properties you sell or rent.

If you have a large amount of advertising signage placed at the properties you market, this module will let you efficiently manage the stock, the location of the material, and its movement (placement or removal) - See Signs

Signs lets you keep control of the advertising material (physical signage) installed at the property. The functions for the property are:

It is only possible to add one sign per property

When the property has a sign assigned, you can view its information or edit its data by clicking on the sign's row. To change or add sign data, click the Edit sign button.

Schedule placement and/or removal

For a property for sale or rent, you may need to install or remove an advertising sign from the property. There's the simple option to add a sign, but you can also schedule this action, generating a work order

To schedule a placement or a removal, click the corresponding buttons.

You can schedule a placement or removal from the Signs tab in the edit property view or from the Signs Console. The placement or removal lets you print a receipt or work order.

Placement

Click Schedule placement to start the action of adding a sign to the property (the sign must already be in your stock; if you have no signs, create a New sign first).

Then select the sign to place and click Select sign

Now enter the required data and click Save

Removal

Click Schedule removal to start the action. Then select the sign to remove (the signs installed at the property will be shown) and click Select sign

Now enter the required data and click Save

Work Order / Scheduling functions

From the Edit property view > Advertising Signs tab, you can also see the scheduled orders and access them

Once you access the work order, whether removal or placement, you can operate on it or edit it
