If you are in the design process, or waiting for your website to be delivered, you do not need to wait to enter properties. Add as many properties as possible before delivery time, so that when your site is connected with search engines (e.g. Google, Bing), they already have information to crawl (your properties) and can be shown and accessed quickly from those same search engines.
