If you want a CRM, a bot, or another external system to consume your website's properties, you have three ways to do it. All of them read your account's live state: when you publish or unpublish a property, the change is reflected automatically, without manual exports.
1. Your website's sitemap
Your Mapaprop website publishes its own sitemap.xml with the addresses of all your listings. It is the most direct way for search engines and other systems to discover your published properties.
2. Feeds (XML)
Mapaprop exposes your inventory in XML, the same type of feed used to publish on portals. It is useful when the system you want to feed consumes feeds.

3. Express API — to feed a CRM or an application
The Express API returns your published properties in JSON format (title, type, area, price, features, and the URL of each listing). It is the option to integrate your inventory into a CRM, a custom app, or your own site, and it is the same API that powers your website's features.
Requirements:
- Have a Mapaprop Pro+ or Business plan.
- Activate your API Token from your account, in Settings > API Token.

The automatic sending of the inquiries (leads) arriving from your site to an external CRM, for example through a webhook, is a different feature and is not covered in this article. Please ask about it separately.
