Properties with an Operation status of Sold, Reserved, Rented, or Suspended can no longer be found through the code search. Properties are still available through the listing search.

Also, if your property code contains a space, it won't be found either. Always remember How to plan an optimized code

Keep in mind that the code search is not case-sensitive.

What code formats does the search accept?

The code search accepts the code in either of these formats:

• Full code with prefix: for example 725-C0012 (the code exactly as shown on the property page)
• Code without prefix: for example C0012

Both cases find the same property. We recommend communicating the full code with prefix to your clients, since it's unique across the entire system. See also How to plan an optimized code.

Does the code search find properties from my network or MLS?

Yes. If your account is a member of a network or MLS and your website shows network properties, the code search finds those too. The visitor can enter the code exactly as it appears on the property page, with or without the prefix. Keep in mind that network properties show their original code, with the prefix of the broker who owns the property.

If two agencies in the network use the same internal code for different properties, use the full code with prefix to find the exact property.
