To publish on free real estate portals, included in Mapaprop, you don't have to do anything special. Both Publication and unpublishing are tied to the Property's function.

Once a property is published on Mapaprop, the automatic Publication process begins. The same goes for unpublishing. For more questions read the Publication help article

There's no need to create accounts on any portal other than Mapaprop. The signup is automatic from Mapaprop and generally isn't a traditional type of signup
