If you have branches, when you add a new property you must select the branch it originates from. When it is inquired about from the website, the ALERT email is sent to the account's main contact (configured in My Real Estate Agency > My Company) and you will also receive a copy of the inquiry at the email address of the branch related to the property (configured from Menu > My Real Estate Agency > My Branches)
I have several branches but I don't want to show all of their properties on the website. How do I do that?
Mapaprop has a Branch Configuration on Website setting that lets you choose which properties will be shown on it: all properties, or only properties from certain selected branches
Keep your My Company and My Branches information up to date. If you have only one branch, editing the Company is enough.
