How to create a landing page

A landing page is a web page designed specifically to convert visitors into potential clients, focusing on a single goal or call to action, without additional navigation distractions.

In your case, it could serve to specifically advertise a property with added value, a unique product you especially want to promote, or a real estate development.

In general, for these cases you have 2 options:

Option 1. Create a page within your Mapaprop website

Create a page with a fully customized design—different from your current one if you wish—that works as a landing page within your own website. The URL would look like: https://www.yourdomain.com/pagina/development-x

This option is based on the Manage pages or sections feature, including HTML Editing.

This system may have some limits and solutions must be applied creatively, but in general you will be able to solve almost any need, except listing properties.

Virtually any design can be applied, although adding complex functions may not be as simple.

You can add:

  • Any HTML design, even manipulating the page frame with CSS to remove the menus, header and footer view
  • Image galleries
  • Embedded forms
  • Embedded videos
  • And much more

Keep in mind that a landing page within your website has no additional navigation—that is, it cannot have multiple sections, only vertical scrolling.

For this method, you have 3 options:

  1. Create your own design—ZERO cost
  2. Hire a web designer to make use of the feature. We can give some advice, but the help mentioned above is basically what's available
  3. Ask us to create a design, which is quoted

Option 2. Create an alternative and independent website

With the Multiple websites feature on your Mapaprop account, you can have more than one website.

  • You can choose a basic website or a designed one, which has an associated cost
  • The new website has a monthly cost
  • If you're going to publish real estate developments, you must be a subscriber of Mapaprop Pro+
  • The website can show each of the units you sell and receive independent inquiries
  • It's a work tool with all the features of your main Website

What to do

For option 1, we recommend working with a designer who can create that content by editing HTML. Otherwise, Mapaprop offers a custom design service for sections, at a rate. Jobs are quoted per hour.
