In general, your website doesn't show email addresses (except by agreement during the design). If an email address is shown, it will always contain a link to the "Contact" form, also accessible from the website's main menu.

Any inquiry submitted through a contact form is sent directly to the email account registered in Mapaprop for "My company" (located in menu > My real estate agency > My Company)

If you also configured branches and assigned properties to them, those properties will send a copy to the email registered for the branch the property belongs to, configured in Menu > My Real Estate Agency > Branches
