Mapaprop websites have private hosting, managed only by the Mapaprop team. The different systems provide different types of hosting. There are some exceptions where access to the files can be provided only to modify design files. This is the sole and exclusive case of Mapaprop Website Reference Guide

Despite this, all our websites work tied to shared components of the Mapaprop system, so they cannot run outside our servers.

That is why it is not traditional hosting, and no access to the servers is provided.

In summary:

• There is no access to the servers
• There are no passwords or users for that.
• Any special need for websites can be raised at websites@mapaprop.com and the team will assess it to try to provide a solution if one exists.
• Our websites cannot be migrated to third-party servers
• The only way to make a Mapaprop website work on third-party servers is with Express API
• If you want to modify a design, you can request it from the Mapaprop team, which gives you full support for any design need by writing to websites@mapaprop.com
