Mapaprop websites have private hosting, managed only by the Mapaprop team. The different systems provide different types of hosting. There are some exceptions where file access can be provided solely to modify design files. This is the unique and exclusive case of Mapaprop Express Reference Guide

Even so, all our websites work connected to shared components of the Mapaprop system, so they cannot function outside our servers.

That is why this is not traditional hosting, and no server access is provided.

In summary:

• There is no access to the servers
• There are no credentials or user accounts for that purpose.
• Any special need regarding websites can be raised at websites@mapaprop.com and the team will evaluate it to try to find a solution if one exists.
• Our websites cannot be migrated to third-party servers
• The only way to run a Mapaprop website on third-party servers is with Express API
• If you want to modify a design, you can ask the Mapaprop team, which provides full support for any design need, by writing to websites@mapaprop.com
