The Developments / Projects feature already exists as a direct feature for use on your Mapaprop Website.

However, we have a few solutions that can be applied to address this, and let you show developments on your website.

There are two options, although we believe option 1 is the simplest and most maintainable in the long run.

1. Set a "status" on the property.

This option means you load a development as if it were a regular property, so it displays as a traditional record. You can use all the options available on the record, including photos, videos, 360 videos, floor plans, map, description, etc.

The difference is that you must assign a "property status" (read Property status) from the following list:

  • project
  • brand new
  • under construction

Then, let us know which status you chose (for example "project"), and we can create a link in the menu called "Developments" that, when your website visitors click it, will take them to a listing of all the developments

The idea is to assign the same status to all developments, although you can also differentiate developments and ask us to add several links. For example:

  • status "Project", we create a link called "Projects" to list this status
  • status "Brand New", we create a link called "Brand New" to list this status
  • status "Under construction", we create a link called "Developments" to list this status

This way we can create more than one link for you.

To request this option, send an email to websites@mapaprop.com saying "I want properties with status 'Project' to be listed from the menu with the text 'Developments'" or whatever text you prefer.

2. Create a "page or section" to display your development.

Mapaprop has all the tools to achieve an excellent look for creating sections for your website, which are self-managed.

In general, we only recommend this option if you have HTML editing knowledge or have a web designer who can do it for you.

We recommend getting help from a designer who can create that content by editing HTML; otherwise, Mapaprop offers a custom design service for sections, with a fee. The work is quoted by the hour.
