Your website offers different inquiry forms.

General inquiry form (Contact section of the menu)

The general contact form located in the website "Menu" sends inquiries directly to your email inbox without leaving a trace within the Mapaprop system. The form has an anti-spam system that filters out messages suspected of being spam, which is why it's verified before being sent to your inbox to confirm it's not spam.

Property inquiry form (Property page)

A contact form is shown on each property's page on your website. Inquiries made through it are filtered by the anti-spam system and then sent to your account's inbox in Mapaprop. In addition, a notice is sent to the email registered under Menu > My Agency > My Company, and a copy is also sent to the branch associated with the property (branches are edited from menu > My Agency > My Branches)

Creating external forms

Some services like Wuffo, 123 Contact Form or JotForm let you create external forms, which you can then Insert a form into your website using a code in Create a page,
