Your website's search tool only shows the property types you've entered into the system. E.g.: if you haven't entered properties of the "houses" type, your website's search tool won't show "houses". To show a property type that doesn't exist yet, Edit property or New property selecting the desired property type.
If your account is a member of a network or MLS and your website shows the network's properties, the search tool also offers the network's property types, even if you don't have your own properties of that type.
